School again after 5 years.

So after 5 years (well technically 2) of not being in school I have started school again. I am going to DXATC for Medical Assisting. So far so good. I am enjoying the things that I have been learning so far. Most of it is basic stuff, like Math, Computer, and Terminology. I am really liking the terminology. I thought it would be a lot harder but the book really breaks it down and it is really easy when you stop and think about it.

Kaylee is doing awesome. She is the smartest little kid I have ever met. She is so sassy and just so far beyond her years its not funny. Every day I wake up to her doing or saying something new and I think to myself.....should a 4 year old know that or be able to do that? It quite entertaining.
Taylor has been sick and we didn't even know it. The other day we went to Christians softball game and he was so fussy. Nothing was making him feel better. It was one of those, "Where are your parents?" moments then I realize Crap! I'm the parent...lol....so we ended up leaving before his second game and he just was screaming and crying the whole way home. We got home and he seemed to be better and ate and went to bed shortly after. The next day he was scratching at his armpits so hard that I finally took his shirt off and he had what looked like hives all over. On top of that he was stuffy so I decided to call and make an appointment for him at his pediatricians office. So Christian took him to the doctor. This lady PA came in at first and you could tell that she was very new to all of this. She said she thought it was hives. Dr. Twiggs (who is the best pediatrician in the world) came in and looked at him and said, "uh no, those are not hives." "They are infected skin cells." We have no idea what caused him to scratch so hard but in doing so he infected the skin, and on top of that we found out that he had a ear infection as well....No wonder the poor kid was so mad.  The weird thing is that the skin thing wasn't there the night before he went to the doctor. It just showed up that next morning. So he is on an antibiotic and has been for 2.5 days and I can already tell the difference. Other than that he is doing really good. He still is not ready for the potty training thing but hopefully soon. He is starting to talk a lot better and we can understand a little bit more or what he is saying....sometimes it is so funny to listen to him try to say things. Like when he tries to say Tarzan it comes out Tar No or Tar An. Its funny. He runs around saying what is suppose to be Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy but it comes out Merman and Barnbob Boy with his finger up in the air.. I love it.... They are so much fun and I don't want them to get any bigger....Right now Kaylee is saying, "Young man....Tay Tay...Hey Tay Tay." to Taylor.....She is such a little mommy to him....
Anyways that is enough for now I guess.

Human chorionic gonadotropin or human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG)

I have spent a lot of time researching the hCG diet. Today I decided to order it and it should be here in the next four days. I can't wait to start it and I am hoping to have as much success as all those I know who have done it and loved it. As soon as I start the diet I am going to blog about it. I can't wait! I am so excited and its all I have been thinking about for a long time now. I am super determined to do this. I CAN do this. I will do this!

Splash pad

Today was a nice day, and my sister Alicia and my nephew Cru are in town so we decided that it would be fun to take the three kids to the splash pad near Green Springs. It was nice and warm but windy so when you ran through the water and came out you were instantly cold.... All in all it was super fun and it wore out the kids. I love my family and I'm so glad that I got to spend the day with my sister and beautiful nephew. I don't get to see them very much so its so nice to spend time together when we can. Here are a few pictures from today.

Taylor trying to decide if he wants to get wet.

My cute little kiddos.
My cute nephew Cru!

So I know that is a ton of pictures but Im camera happy....I love 'em and they are too stinkin' cute.

Softball after 3+ years...!

I am so excited for tonight. Tonight is Christian's first time back on the Softball field after 3 plus years. He hasn't played since Kaylee was less than a year old. I know how much he has been wanting to get onto a softball team again and I'm so happy that he was able to do it. I'm also glad that I actually know people that are on his team this time. lol. Most of the teams he played on before I only knew him and one other person so this will be a good time.
It was always so much fun to go and support him in something he enjoyed doing. My mom is taking the kids tonight since the games aren't until 8:30 and 9:30 so that is awesome of her. I love my mom and I am so grateful that I am so lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful mom in my life. I don't know what I would do without her.

New Hair! wuahhh?

Before his haircut. Excuse the messy face. :)

The beginning......

The End.......

Ta DA!......

We were so stressed out about cutting his hair because we loved his beautiful blond curly hair, but it was getting out of control so we finally got the guts to cut it off.
Thanks to my favorite cousin Molly we can see his beautiful blue eyes.....and now he looks just like his daddy.... I love the new hair. Even though its not as blond as it was before...He looks adorable.

Pictures

A little while ago Kaylee came in and asked me if her and Taylor could watch Power Puff girls. I said yes and went and started the movie for them. A few minutes last I went out there and she had made them a nice little spot to lay down and watch it.

She is such a "mommy" to her baby brother. Earlier this morning Christian took Taylor to his mom's house to mow her lawn for her and Kaylee woke up after they had left and came running in my room in a panic because she couldn't find her baby,"Where is he?", "who took him?", "Mom, WE GOTTA FIND HIM!". Then it clicked in her head that her dad was missing too. So she said lets call dad and see if he has my baby. So she called him and let him have it. She said, "YOU NEVER TAKE MY BABY AGAIN without asking!" It was so cute. She also said that if we couldn't find him that I would need to go to the baby store and buy her a new one...LOL. I was laughing so hard. I sure love her. She always makes my day better.

Anyways I'm working on organizing pictures to post them. Some from our last two trips to Grandma Ruby's in Price, some from Easter, some from getting Taylor's hair cut off, and many more. It may take a while but I'm loving this blogging thing....It is wonderful.

The Office

So last night Christian's mom watched our kids while we went to The Office, which is the lounge inside of the Hilton Hotel, to watch my brother and his band play an acoustic set. It was pretty awesome. My brother Bryan is very talented and I enjoy watching him perform. After he was done playing Christian and I decided to go to the Firehouse to see a couple of my girlfriends that were there. We had a blast. Christian wanted to dance and at first I was a little shy about it. I'm not one of those people that just get out there and do whatever....lol... But after a few times asking me I finally did and boy was it fun. I had so much fun dancing with him and my girlfriends. I am so happy that we got to have some time out of the house. I didn't take my camera so I am kind of sad about that. Anyways that was our fun and exciting evening. We went and picked up our kids from grandma's house and she had put him in one of Chelby's old night shirts. It was so funny...You could hardly tell if it was Kaylee or Taylor. They look so much alike at that age. I will post the picture we took as soon as I can get it to send from Christian's phone.
